Adecco Italia - Customer Experience Specialist Location: Lecce, Italy Adecco, in collaboration with a leading international operator in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist . Responsibilities: Oversee affiliated points of sale (tobacconists, bars, betting shops). Explain the services offered via the app to potential customers. Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app. Support customers in making their first bet to access attractive bonuses. Requirements: Previous experience in promoting services or products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday. Knowledge of IT tools, especially mobile apps. Offer: Fixed-term contract of 66 months with prospects for long-term employment. Level V of the CCNL Commerce with 14 monthly payments. Full-time, 40 hours per week, on shifts from Monday to Saturday. Variable incentive bonuses. Meal vouchers worth €8.
