Upon joining, the employee will participate in in-house Academy training to learn TESISQUARE®'s programming languages and development methodologies to acquire the necessary skills. Main Responsibilities: Develop project solutions Translate functional analysis into technical specifications Document implementation steps for customer delivery Contribute to evolving best practices Perform testing activities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field 4-5 years of development experience Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages Experience with relational databases like SQL Server Basic development techniques Passion for technology and innovation Strong teamwork and continuous learning aptitude Good command of English The ideal candidate will also possess excellent observation, relationship, communication, empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with others.
