Working closely with R&D scientists, the successful candidate will focus on integrating main process equipment into the plant layout, defining mechanical features, interacting with suppliers, and supporting plant layout and piping design using Plant 3D Model. The candidate will also oversee the mechanical development of the pilot plant and analyze its performance for scalability. Key Responsibilities: Analyze plant mechanical feasibility through 3D models to ensure performance, safety, and standards compliance. Select static and rotating equipment, and define operation and maintenance procedures. Define constructability schemes and sequences. Develop project specifications, bid packages, and work execution plans. Align vendor offers, evaluate technical bids, and coordinate subcontractor work descriptions. Establish mechanical and piping design bases. Support development of company standards and calculation models. Manage the integration of mechanical systems and the Pilot Plant 3D model. Perform piping stress analysis. Assist with permit applications and documentation for public authorities. Follow up on vendor orders and provide commissioning support. Collaborate with external partners, such as research institutions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience with material procurement and vendor relations. Proficiency with CAD mechanical software (Solid Edge is a plus). Experience with AutoCAD LT and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Fluent in professional English. Enthusiastic about expanding technological expertise.
