Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and secure new business. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs and objectives. Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products or services. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts. Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and revenue projections. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and share insights with internal teams. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and reach. Provide input and support for strategic planning and business development initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement. Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively. Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition, and effectively communicate these to clients and prospects. Qualifications Matric Engineering/ Mechanical related Degree/ Diploma if not Metallurgical &/ or Heat Treatment Skills 3-5 years doing engineering related sales Metallurgical Services & Heat Treatment preferred Good Business Acumen Proficient in MS Office Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle Salary/Package R15,000, R20,000, CTC Benefits Commission Petrol Allowance Cell Allowance
