Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the position of Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Contract Review: Throughly review contracts to ensure accurate understandiing of project requirements. Installer Scheduling: Efficiently schedule installers based on project timelines and availability. Follow-up Phone Calls: Conduct follow-up phone calls (120 calls minimum daily) to ensure project projress and address any concerns. Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve any issues that may arises on the job site, ensuring smooth project execution. Geographical Understanding: Demonstrate a solid understanding of geographical locationss to optimize schuduling and logistics. Scheduling Expertise: Mnange and optimize project schedules, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service thoughtout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Qualifications: Proven experience in coordinating roles, perferably in contracting or installation enviromnent. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in reading and unstanding contracts. Geographic knowledge to effectively plan and schedule installations Excellent communication skills for conducting customer service calls. Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
