Family Nurse Practitioner Compensation The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Family Nurse Practitioner Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (Every other weekend required) Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients ages 18 months and older in a retail clinic setting Educate patients on maintaining proper health and wellness Evaluate, diagnose, co-manage, and treat patients' medical needs with a focus on quality and safety Document all care within an electronic health record system Collaborate with a Patient-Centered Practice Team Respond to patient inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks to support clinic operations Resolve conflicts and foster a positive healthcare environment Assist with the hiring and development of clinical staff Ensure operational effectiveness and cost containment while maintaining high quality care Validate insurance coverage and incorporate findings into care planning Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements 1 year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner Application for DEA is required at time of offer Must be willing to float to nearby clinic locations Completion of a Master’s Degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification and State of Georgia license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Family Nurse Practitioner Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to adapt to new patient care models and technology Experience working in a retail or urgent care environment is a plus If you think this Family Nurse Practitioner position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
