What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as a trusted technical advisor for a variety of unique SMB and mid-size clients Designing, deploying, and supporting a mix of on-prem and cloud solutions (M365, Azure, etc.) Working hands-on with modern infrastructure: virtualization, networking, security, and more Collaborating closely with a tight-knit, knowledgeable team of engineers who have your back Exploring emerging technologies—including A.I. tools like Microsoft Copilot and beyond Helping clients stay secure, efficient, and ahead of the tech curve What We’re Looking For: 3 years of experience in a client-facing Systems Engineering or MSP/IT consulting role Strong background in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) Comfortable juggling multiple environments, client personalities, and technical puzzles Excellent communication skills—you know how to break down the tech talk and build trust Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot?
