Travel Cath Lab Tech - $4,038 per week in Stockton, CA

Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days, 5x8s Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, ARRT, BLS, Fluoroscopy Must-Have: Cerner experience Job Description: - Complete all MyJourney modules prior to arrival. Failure to complete will result in delayed start. - Work in a Cath Lab with X-ray experience required. - 12-hour shifts; every other weekend rotation. - On-call duty includes 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month. - Charge nurse available during the day; circ nurse acts as charge nurse after hours. - Staffing includes cardiologist and respiratory therapist on standby or working 24/7. - Facility equipped with laser, rotablator, nitric oxide, IVUS, Impella, IABP, FFR, and angiojet. - Handle critically ill patients and participate in many STEMI cases each month. - Experience with peripheral and coronary circulation required. - Familiarity with Merge system is a plus. - Charting system used is Cerner. - No floating required; 1-2 days of unit orientation included. - Ceil blue scrubs provided. - Optional holiday work available for holiday pay. - Candidates should be comfortable working with ventilators; RT available for such cases. - Pharmacy services available in-house 24/7.
