Job Description Job Description Sales and Marketing Support Specialist with 2 years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, hybrid (3/2) position with our client in the Burlington MA area. Our client is in the consumer products space and is looking to add to their current team with this important hire. This will be a key role in enhancing our client’s growing product line. Looking for someone who is comfortable working on a small team in a small, fast-paced company with an amazing culture. Experience using NetSuite would be preferred but can be taught. HubSpot experience would be helpful. Salary is 60-75K with 5% bonus potential. Key role in enhancing engagement for a growing product line Bridge between sales and marketing – converting leads, onboarding professional accounts, working with team on marketing initiatives and analytics Working with partners to ensure they have tools, resources, support 2 plus yrs sales support or marketing coordination (preferably with home services) Ability to manage multiple initiatives Work well cross functionally Proficiency in NetSuite and HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) Excellent communication skills/presentation Self-motivated, problem solver, in fast paced, collaborative, innovative environment Independent AND collaborative • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales support or marketing coordination, preferably within home services or consumer spaces. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively. • Proficiency in CRM platforms like NetSuite and HubSpot (NetSuite training available). • Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and InDesign. • Experience with campaign planning, blogging, and brand awareness strategies. • Knowledge of Facebook Insights and digital advertising platforms. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
