RESPONSIBILITIES: STAFF ACCOUNTANT The Staff Accountant will report to the Director of Finance The Staff Accountant will be responsible for a broad scope of general accounting functions. General ledger account reconciliations Assist the month/quarter/year end close and preparation of financial statements Bank account reconciliations Maintain fixed assets Post journal entries Sales & Use Tax reporting Ad hoc projects QUALIFICATIONS: Staff Accountant Staff Accountant will have 1 years of related experience BS, Accounting is preferred Strong MS Excel skills
