Interpret and apply GAAP and technical accounting guidance to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare and review technical memos documenting the company's accounting positions. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for revenue and lease standards. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze contract data and determine proper accounting treatment. Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA required . Public accounting experience preferred, ideally with a Top 10 firm . Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and ASC 842 . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software . Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization .
