Join a dynamic and growing local Commercial GC with upcoming projects in the Everett and Marysville areas. If you have at least a year of commercial construction experience in a PE role, then this may be the right job for you! Project Engineer Responsibilities: Coordinate with Project Architects, Designers, owners, and field personnel. Generate Requests for Information (RFI) and submittals. Inspect work to assure compliance with plans and specifications. Manage project subcontractors. Understand the project budget and assist with buyouts. Monitor and track project quality control metrics and activities on a regular basis; provide timely and accurate quality reports, and raise issues to PM or Superintendent as needed. Generate project punch list and closeout documentation. Project Engineer Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. At least one year of demonstrated experience as a Project Engineer. Multi-story project experience needed, such as office, multifamily, self-storage, or high rise. Excellent communication skills required for interaction with vendors, designers, consultants, and clients. MS Project and Excel experience.
