Account Administrator

Account Administrator We're looking for a reliable and organized Account Administrator to support our logistics operations and ensure smooth, efficient service for our clients. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with our Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing, customer communication, and account data-helping to keep everything moving on time and on track. Key Responsibilities: Support daily account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and document management Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve service issues Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to track shipments, schedule deliveries, and ensure on-time performance Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems (TMS, ERP, CRM, etc.) Assist with billing and invoicing tasks related to transportation and customer accounts Help manage inventory records and support warehouse communication when needed Identify and troubleshoot service delays or discrepancies with professionalism and urgency Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency What You'll Bring: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or account administration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with logistics or ERP systems is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive mindset and a team-first attitude Familiarity with transportation or supply chain operations a plus Why Join Us?
