Product Design Lead - Adobe XD

Role & Responsibilities : We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and delightful digital experiences for our users. As part of our Product and Design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's user journey by designing intuitive, aesthetically compelling, and conversion-driven interfaces. The ideal candidate comes with experience in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design elegant and functional user interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive conversions. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). - Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs based on data-driven insights. - Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform. - Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and design reviews. Ideal Candidate : - 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other relevant design tools. - Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. - Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis to improve user flows. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate designs based on feedback. - Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout. - A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences. - Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
