Responsibilities We seek a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential. Main accountabilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and meet sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver product presentations. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to finalize contracts. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams, and provide market feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields. 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors. Strong understanding of BESS technology, including batteries, inverters, and power systems. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Skills Knowledge of grid-scale and behind-the-meter energy storage applications. Experience with renewable energy project financing or sales. Familiarity with energy policies, standards, and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to build trust with customers and partners. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Others Availability to travel. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
