You will be working on regulatory reporting and creating high-value solutions for clients. You will work at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with well-known clients, partners, and colleagues. You will be part of a team with talented and passionate CCH Tagetik Consultants, responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the CCH Tagetik ESG Solution to our enterprise customers. Responsibilities include: Configuring, building, and setting up features and functions of the solution to meet regulatory requirements. Documenting all relevant solution information, features, and performing quality assurance. Collecting feedback and prioritizing based on importance and urgency. Analyzing the solution to identify potential compliance risks. Collaborating with compliance, legal, and business intelligence teams to interpret and map regulatory reporting needs. Developing trusted client relationships vital for solution success. Understanding client business goals and acting as a client advocate within internal teams. Encouraging client feedback to guide solution development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or STEM fields. Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze business data for regulatory reporting and configuration. Interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, Climate Change, and Sustainability. Strong technological knowledge and business acumen. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (business & technical). Outstanding service orientation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Italian and English. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of software analysis techniques and defining functional specifications. Experience with programming languages, especially SQL . System integration and troubleshooting skills.
