Philogen S.p.A. would like to hire a highly motivated and qualified Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our entire supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry - particularly in sterile infusion drugs - and a proven track record in managing complex supply chain processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all supply chain activities, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of raw materials Optimize inventory management to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead and support the supply chain team to achieve business goals Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of supply chain management software and ERP systems Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Knowledge of biological processes is a plus What We Offer: A contract and salary proportional to the experience of the successful candidate A challenging and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning Job location: Siena We invite interested candidates to submit their applications expressly authorizing the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003.
