Bookkeeping up to balance sheet (Cashbook processing and journals) Bank reconciliations. GL recons for all balance sheet accounts Managing logbooks for company fleet/vehicles Management Accounts FOREX Yearend closure and assistance in preparing the annual audit files. Creditors function, including monthly credit run. Capturing of purchase orders All other financial and administrative duties related to this position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position Deadline Driven Excellent computer skills Own reliable transport would be an advantage Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Able to follow processes.
