As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and be involved in business development with end customers. You have the unique opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners. Our partners are resellers, systems/ERP integrators , and Italian IT companies adopting Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As their main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding business strategy, implementation methodology, and product know-how to help them grow their Odoo business. Additionally, you'll contact a diverse range of customers across regions. You'll act as a matchmaker by qualifying and demonstrating to end clients, connecting them with suitable partners. Responsibilities What the job looks like Enable Odoo Partners and train them on effective sales and implementation methods Act as a business coach. Develop and implement cross-functional processes to increase operational efficiency Establish long-term, win-win relationships with your partner portfolio based in Italy Qualify end clients, provide tailored demos, and connect them with the right partner for their Odoo project Negotiate licenses and pricing with partners and customers, promoting the right value proposition Work with companies of various industries, sizes, and regions in Italy Empower and challenge your partners Retain sophisticated partners while coaching less experienced ones into streamlined sales processes Take on real responsibilities from day one Build your partner portfolio from scratch, as you'll mainly work with new Odoo Partners. You are responsible for your success! MUST HAVE 1 to 3 years of experience in a tech company as a salesperson (preferably B2B) Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English Passionate about sales: convincing, negotiating, and achieving targets!
