Job Description

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Providing friendly customer service via phone, Supporting passengers with inquiries, Handling reservations and processing refunds in the system, Support of e-commerce and loyalty program activities. WYMAGANIA: Fluency in English and good knowledge of Italian (min. B2/C1), Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, Customer-oriented approach, Availability to work on-site from the office in Wrocław.
