O&M Supervisor Solar Leap29 have a fantastic opportunity which is available as O&M Supervisor for utility scales solar sites in Gloucester. Education & Knowledge Requirements: University degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience in budget preparation and management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Proactive attitude. Work Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Solar Photovoltaic Industry (EPC/O&M/Engineering/Consulting). Fluency in written and spoken English. Working Conditions: Office/home office. Reports to: Regional O&M Manager. Budgetary responsibility: Yes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate resources (subcontractors, suppliers) for maintenance activities. Support recruitment and startup of local O&M departments. Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses. Liaise with engineering, construction, and H&S teams to address operational issues. Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and resolve audit findings. Manage O&M activities for solar projects, ensuring contractual KPI targets. Oversee fault resolution, liaise with clients, and provide project updates. Assist in preparing O&M reports and invoicing processes. Engage with grid operators for outages and system failures. Monitor project operations daily via the monitoring system. Work on FAC punch lists, negotiate defect resolutions, and manage retention releases. Expand contractor database and secure competitive quotations for site work. Ensure compliance with planning permissions and project guidelines. Manage spare parts and maintain organized electronic records. Please send your applications through to Rob Byrom.
