Responsibilities: • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure software reliability. • Oversee testing processes, including integration testing, automation, and manual testing procedures. • Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira to track and manage bugs and testing progress effectively. • Implement and monitor automation frameworks using Jenkins and other relevant platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to quality standards. • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with established quality assurance standards. • Develop and enforce best practices for AB testing and other testing methodologies. • Provide leadership in Agile Scrum environments to enhance team productivity and testing outcomes. • Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving techniques. • Mentor and guide team members to continuously improve QA processes and skills.• Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing and automation. • Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project management. • Strong knowledge of integration testing, AB testing, and other QA methodologies. • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Jenkins. • Familiarity with Android development processes and environments. • Solid understanding of Agile Scrum practices and their application in QA workflows. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying software defects. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage QA teams effectively.
