About the Role: As a Physical Therapist at our outpatient orthopedic clinics, you'll provide exceptional patient care experiences. You'll treat 12 patients a day, 60 a week, about 2 per hour. Our clinics specialize in various areas, including pelvic, vestibular concussions, pediatrics, heavily Medicare locations (e.g., Monterey, Menlo), balance gate work, sports-based, and more. We tailor your role based on your comfort and experience. Responsibilities: Adhere to state practice acts and laws governing physical therapy practice and supervision. Complete and maintain all required training and compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients, documenting medical necessity clearly. Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors. Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager. Day-to-Day: Treat 12 patients a day, 60 a week, about 2 per hour. Work in outpatient orthopedic clinics with specialties ranging from pelvic, vestibular concussions, pediatrics, heavily Medicare locations, balance gate work, sports-based, etc. Typically, no need to float to other clinics, but there is a small chance of floating or part-time work. If floating is required, clinics are very close by. Paid for 40 hours of work, with 2 hours per day dedicated to documentation for the first two weeks to help acclimate. After that, documentation will be your responsibility without additional pay.
