Job Description Job Description We are looking for an attentive Assistant Project Manager to join our Client's team in New York, New York. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with various departments and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Assist in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Review and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to provide project guidance and support. • Coordinate with teams such as estimating, drafting, and site crews to streamline project workflows. • Utilize tools like Bluebeam Revu to manage project documentation and processes effectively. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements. • Maintain clear and precise communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Track and report project milestones, expenses, and potential risks to stakeholders. • Support procurement processes by sourcing materials and managing inventory as needed. • Implement organizational systems to improve efficiency and project management. • Ensure that all work adheres to safety standards and building regulations. If this person is you, please apply to victoria.iacoviello@roberthalf • At least 2 years of experience in the glass industry, carpentry, millwork, or exterior façade construction. • Proven ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings. • Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu or similar project management tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Degree in a related field is preferred but not required; relevant experience will be prioritized. • Familiarity with construction processes, costs, and commercial project management. • Ability to work collaboratively in both office and construction site environments.
