Job Description: As a Robotic Cell Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include: Operating robotic cells, including lathe machines to chuck up and turn parts to specified dimensions. Managing robots, center bench, heat treat, and hobb or rack roller. Stacking finished parts in shipping containers. Making adjustments and performing tool changes. Inspecting parts to ensure dimensional accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Machine operating and production. Reading and interpreting blueprints. Conducting inspections to maintain high-quality standards. General labor and production tasks. Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of machine operating experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, snap gauges, height gauges, ring gauges, pin gauges, and micrometers. Ability to read blueprints and orders. Computer literacy for recording information. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand continuously for 8-12 hours. Capability to work in tight spaces. Strength and manual dexterity to operate tools and make repairs. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Experience Level: Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
