Business Integra Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/19/2025 Duration: 11 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel PACU RN – Post Anesthesia Care Unit (Night Shift) Contract: 13 weeks Start Date: May 5, 2025 Shift: PM – 12-hour shifts Schedule: 36 hours/week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Shift flexibility required – must be able to work any combination of listed shifts Every 3rd weekend and holiday as needed No on-call required Facility Overview: Unit Type: PACU (Phase 1 Recovery) Open 24/7 Case Volume: 30–60 cases/day Floating: May float to Moakley PACU if needed Case Types Include: Trauma , Pediatrics , Ortho , General , Cardiac Cath Interventional Radiology (IR) Neuro (IR) Electrophysiology (EP) Thoracic , Vascular , Spine Required Experience: 2 years PACU Phase 1 recovery experience in high-acuity settings Strong clinical background in: Neuro, thoracic, vascular, and ortho spine recovery Telemetry rhythm strip interpretation (must independently identify heart blocks) Must pass telemetry exam on Day 1 with a minimum score of 84% Pediatric PACU experience preferred Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – active Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification – preferred About Business Integra Inc At Business Integra Inc., we are committed to delivering innovative solutions in healthcare and technology that improve efficiency, quality, and accessibility.
