Job Details: Location: New York Facility Type: Occupational/On-Site Clinic Start Date: May 17, 2025 LOA: 20 days Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday and Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 6:30am-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-1pm Job Responsibilities and Duties: • Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients • Diagnose and treat common illnesses such as colds, coughs, and flu • Conduct physical examinations and preventive care screenings • Manage chronic care conditions • Perform suturing procedures as needed • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans • Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Accurately document patient encounters using AdvancedMD EMR • Stay current with best practices in family medicine and occupational health Additional Information: • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in New York • Experience in family practice and primary care required • Proficiency with AdvancedMD EMR system preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends • Suturing skills are a plus Apply now to learn more!
