This role combines in-person and virtual visits, with clinic responsibilities 2-3 days a week. Key duties include medication management, symptom control, and pain management for patients with various illnesses. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Proficiency with Netsmart EMR is required. This opportunity offers the potential for extension beyond the initial assignment period.
