Job Description Manage 2-3 projects concurrently, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Collaborate closely with PMs and APMs to mentor and refine their skills. Promote a strong culture and maintain a business development mindset. Utilize construction knowledge to handle paperwork effectively while being proactive on-site. Work closely with PX and other project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum of 10 years of experience with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor. Experience with Microsoft Project; familiarity with Primavera P6 is advantageous. Strong background in federal construction or civil engineering, ideally with bridges and transportation projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
