Krause provides development shared services to all brands in the Krause Group portfolio. The Construction Manager will demand a proactive, customer-focused, and business-minded individual. This individual will contribute to impactful development projects within the US, directly improving communities. Furthermore, this role will be instrumental in embedding Krause Group's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Goals into our Krause initiatives, ensuring our projects align with global sustainability standards and maximize our positive social footprint. The Construction Manager will provide leadership and oversight throughout the complete construction lifecycle, from initial planning to successful project completion. This role will contribute significantly to the planning and execution of all new Krause development projects, with a specific focus on mixed-use developments, leveraging a strong background in architectural and/or engineering. Principal Functions of the Job Key responsibilities Contribute to the strategic planning and development of all new construction projects. Manage the bidding process and contractor procurement, ensuring competitive and qualified selection. Oversee the complete construction lifecycle, from initial planning through successful project completion. Develop and manage preliminary project budgets, providing financial oversight. Adhere to Krause established processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across operations. Other duties as assigned. Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in mixed-use development projects. Proficiency in the application and management of AIA contracts. Strong foundation in architectural and engineering principles. Proven track record of contributing to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), resulting in measurable social and environmental benefits for both the organization and the community. Qualifications Minimum Skills and/or Knowledge Required Demonstrates strong real estate acumen. Proven ability to develop and execute long range strategic plans specific to the real estate industry.
