First job: Lead Super on $80M Industrial project in York PA Future job locations: PA, NJ, MA Specialize in Luxury Multifamily & Industrial projects valued between $80M-$150M - they own, design, and build (no 3rd parties involved) Perfect for someone looking to find a long term place to build their career! *Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application* Job Description Onsite daily in York PA Travel to future projects in PA, NJ, MA Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and other workers on the job site Ensuring that all work is done in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and complete Working with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Identifying and addressing issues and problems that arise during construction Ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Conducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure that the job site is safe and secure MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
