What You'll Be Doing Overseeing daily operations of highway road construction projects. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and crew members. Managing schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently. Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
