Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Coordinator to support our restoration projects Arizona. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met. * Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Schedule and oversee subcontractors and vendors. * Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. * Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. * Assist in budget management and cost tracking. * Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders. Qualifications: * Proven experience in construction coordination or project management. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of restoration processes is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred * Experience with residential and commercial restoration projects.
