In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for homeowner warranties and play a key part in ensuring seamless communication and outstanding customer satisfaction. Job Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, builders, and internal teams while ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate record-keeping. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect. Key Responsibilities: - Phone Support : Answer office calls during business hours to take messages, provide answers, transfer calls, monitor voicemail, and handle after-hours emergencies. - Troubleshooting & Coordination: Assist homeowners with troubleshooting electrical issues, coordinate job materials for appointments, and manage Cutler Hammer warranty calls. - Scheduling: Look for new warranty tickets in builder portals, call homeowners to schedule appointments, and communicate with builder warranty departments. Record and update warranty and appointment information in Bolt software. - Clerical Support: Support the purchasing coordinator with 811 locates, schedule saw pole installations in Bolt software, communicate with project managers (PMs), and manage company truck locations for accuracy and policy compliance. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. - Excellent phone manners and communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and relevant platforms (e.g., Bolt software). - Prior experience in administrative support and/or electric work is preferred.
