What You'll Do: Manage all customer service operations via computer, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with high efficiency and professionalism. Ensure seamless coordination with warehouse staff for accurate order processing and inventory management, all handled electronically. Utilize our client's system to record customer interactions, service issues, and updates accurately. Collaborate effectively with the team to meet and exceed customer service goals while constantly seeking ways to improve processes. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual: English and Spanish is essential Background in customer service, logistics, or related fields, with previous experience preferred.
