Headquartered in Falls Church, VA, with additional offices in Richmond, VA, and North Carolina, my client specializes in multifamily, mixed-use, corporate interiors, retail, office, and sports & entertainment projects. Their projects typically range from $10M to $50M, with some exceeding $200M. Job Description As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will either lead a smaller project independently or manage a team on a larger-scale development.
