Job Description Manage the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects, including big box and light industrial work. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines. Drive project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout all phases of the project. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise. Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders. Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Proven track record of leading complex projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Expertise in managing large-scale teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success. Skills: Deep understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and industry standards for educational facilities. Proficient in project management software and tools, optimizing scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and regulatory agencies. Personal Qualities: Strategic leader with the ability to mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
