Job Description Lead and support the construction team, including Project Managers, Project Coordinators/Engineers, and Superintendents, ensuring they have what they need to succeed. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction all the way through to closeout, making sure everything runs smoothly. Collaborate closely with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Business Development to keep the project pipeline strong and plan ahead effectively. Continuously improve project management systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Ensure projects meet all safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements-every time. Mentor and guide your team, helping them grow while also supporting hiring and onboarding as the company expands. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and your internal teams. Proactively identify and address project risks before they become issues. Keep executive leadership in the loop with regular updates on project progress and departmental performance.
