Job Description Oversee daily operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and addressing any delays promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and resolving any project issues. The Successful Applicant Proven experience working on mixed commercial projects with a focus on quality and efficiency. Proven experience working in projects valued at $20M and managing complex, high-budget projects. Between 3-5 years of working experience in construction, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Expertise in managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring safety compliance. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively liaise with clients, architects, and project teams.
