Job Description Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor and control project costs, preparing financial reports and managing change orders. Enforce safety protocols and quality standards, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance. Act as the primary liaison with clients, providing updates and resolving concerns to maintain strong relationships. Supervise on-site teams, fostering collaboration and accountability among crew members. Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshooting issues to keep projects on track. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5-7 years of project management experience with a general contractor in commercial construction. Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $5M-$30M, preferably in the big box retail sector Has performed site work including utilities Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communicator, comfortable negotiating with stakeholders and presenting to clients What's on Offer Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
