Construction Project Manager- Structural Steel

If you are a Construction Project Manager with Structural Steel or PEMB experience please read on! For this role we would let them be remote as long as they are somewhere in the Mid-Atlantic region, so that they can get to our jobsites pretty easily within a day. If close to office it would be hybrid setting. Have you managed structural steel construction projects in the United States before? Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Structural steel experience is required! Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective execution of projects. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies. Experience with structural steel, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), and various types of construction including commercial, retail, healthcare, schools, and stadiums is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
