Working with a ton of repeat clients and decades of successful projects Top General Contractor with excellent benefits About Our Client Our client is a General Contractor with a strong track record in Florida and Nationally building Commercial Projects. Job Description Prepare and manage project schedule and identify risks Assist with preconstruction and estimating throughout project Implement and maintain budget and schedule controls. The Project Manager will report significant issues in a timely manner to the Project Director and will prepare Monthly Progress Reports in accordance with contract documents. Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration. Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues. Maintain the Program Management Team site office for the duration of the project Be responsible for all project log including tracking all milestones. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar Experience with Preconstruction through obtaining CO Multifamily, Hospitality or Assited Living Facility Projects (REQUIRED) Experience with Ground Up and Renovation projects preferred Strong Employment Tenure Coming from an environment with strong process and procedures. Analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret and develop statistical reports Must be able to read and interpret building and site plans and specifications. Must be able to prepare cost estimates and project schedules.
