Job Description Project Oversight - Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Team Coordination - Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Budget & Cost Control - Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. Risk & Issue Management - Identify potential risks, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Quality & Safety Assurance - Monitor construction progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
