Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing assessments. Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers to maximize therapy outcomes. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid SLP license in Ohio and at least 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders. Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual therapy services is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for seamless teletherapy sessions (Chromebooks/tablets not recommended).
