Job Description Job Description Enjoy a Rewarding Primary Care Assignment in Phoenix, Arizona! We're seeking a provider to join an outpatient setting focused on primary care for mature adults. This position offers weekdays-only hours, fast credentialing, and the opportunity to work in a welcoming community! Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care setting Majority of the patient population is aged 65 Support staff includes MDs, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, scribes, and registered nurses Schedule Details: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Flexibility for a 4-day workweek available No call required Case Types & Procedures: Traditional primary care for older adults, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and history of coronary artery disease No procedures performed Requirements: MD or NP accepted (NP must have primary care certification) Arizona medical license Company Description We are a healthcare staffing company that was founded in 2009 and focused on placing physicians and advanced practitioners in permanent, temporary, and executive-level roles.
