Nexware Technologies - SAP Anaplan Lead - Implementation & Support

Role : SAP Anaplan Lead We are seeking an experienced and driven SAP Anaplan Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Anaplan-based planning solutions. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical execution while ensuring scalability, data accuracy, and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have deep Anaplan expertise and a strategic mindset for delivering high-impact planning solutions across business Responsibilities : - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Anaplan models to support financial, operational, and sales planning processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions. - Develop and maintain model architecture, formulas, dashboards, and data integrations within Anaplan. - Ensure data integrity and performance optimization across all models. - Provide technical leadership and best practices for Anaplan implementation and governance. - Work closely with SAP, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams to integrate Anaplan with ERP systems and other enterprise applications. - Conduct user training, create documentation, and support ongoing user adoption. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning while ensuring stakeholder alignment. - Monitor Anaplan platform updates and leverage new features to improve functionality and user Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, including model building, workspace management, and process optimization. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. - Certified Anaplan Model Builder or Solution Architect certification. - Experience with SAP integration and data extraction for planning scenarios. - Familiarity with Anaplan Connect, APIs, and other integration tools. - Understanding of planning and forecasting processes in domains like finance, supply chain, and sales. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
