Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement long- and short-term sales strategies aligned with corporate growth goals. Market Development : Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new business opportunities across the UK. Client Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, consultants, and contractors to influence project specifications and drive sales. Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and mentor the UK sales team to deliver exceptional performance and continuous growth. Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align go-to-market efforts. Performance Management : Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools to analyze data and improve sales efficiency. Revenue Growth : Identify and capitalize on key opportunities to increase revenue and expand LEDFlex’s footprint within the region. Negotiation & Deal Closure : Lead high-level negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management. Budget Oversight : Develop and manage the UK sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment. Reporting & Insights : Provide regular updates to the Global Sales Director on sales progress, market intelligence, and strategic shifts. Experience 7–10 years of sales and business development experience in architecture, lighting, or construction sectors Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering sustained revenue growth Experience working with design professionals and project stakeholders in a technical sales environment Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Skills Strong leadership and people management abilities Deep understanding of the project sales cycle within the built environment Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Capsule or HubSpot) and data-driven sales forecasting Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach Location : Based in London or Winchester – able to travel within UK/Europe
