Looking to develop their litigation department further, the firm is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. About the Role You will be stepping into a varied caseload, which will include contract disputes, construction issues, landlord and tenant matters, property disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, employment settlement agreements, and probate disputes, ensuring high-quality service to clients. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will be either a Solicitor or CILEX with 1 years of post-qualification experience. Candidates need to have a string record and to have completed the LPC with an Advanced Dispute Resolution module. Candidates min 2.2 or equivalent degree.
