Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Ashford, Surrey. The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing and matching candidates to job openings, conducting interviews, and providing consultation services to clients. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating job postings, managing client and candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. The role involves regular communication with clients and candidates to meet their needs effectively. Qualifications * The ability to write proposals and negotiate rates with clients and candidates. * Be able to interview candidates on telephone and in person. * Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. * Any type of experience in the construction industry is a plus, but nit essential. * IT competent. * Must be located in commutable distance to Ashford, Surrey. Full systems training will be provided. Salary is negotiable according to experience. Salary range from £25,000 to £40,000. In addition Bridge operates a commission scheme
