Job Description

A well-established Construction Consultancy based in London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to add more value to their experienced team. The Senior Project Manger's Role The successful Senior Project Manager will have high levels of motivation and drive and will be working within London primarily focusing on CAT A refurbishments and CAT B fitting out, and occasional new builds valuing up to £15m. The Senior Project Manager will need to be flexible to cover different sectors in the future. The chosen Senior Project Manager's daily responsibilities include managing the project from start to finish, conducting on-site front-end due diligence, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the construction process. The Senior Project Manager Requirements Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction related subject. MRICS (Desirable). Minimum of 2 Years Experience Working Within a Consultancy. Previous Client facing Project Management experience. Commercial background (Desirable). Knowledgeable in Cat A - B Office Sector. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
